Care guide and a note on colour<\/em>
\nAt Talking Walls, we work exclusively with natural fibres chosen for their character, texture and longevity. When treated with care, these materials only grow more beautiful over time.
\nPieces crafted from silk, linen, cashmere and wool deserve a gentle approach. These fibres are strong by nature, yet sensitive to heat, friction and harsh treatments. Always consult the care label inside your garment.
\nThese garments should not be machine washed. Hand wash only, in water up to 30\u00b0C, using a liquid detergent specifically formulated for wool and silk. Do not soak. Handle the fabric lightly \u2014 avoid rubbing or wringing \u2014 and allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Steaming is preferred over ironing. If you are uncertain about caring for the piece at home, professional dry cleaning is recommended.<\/p>\n

Next to the stories of our walls, colours are our playground and an essential part of everything we create. We care deeply about them. Still, slight variations may occur between the colours you see in our campaign and lookbook images and the final piece you receive. Different fabrics, printing techniques and production runs can all influence how a colour comes to life.

\nSomewhere in Milan, a small forest decided the city could slow down for a moment.<\/p>\n

In Milan\u2019s Isola district, a forgotten lot quietly became a shared garden, Isola Pepe Verde, shaped more by care than by concrete.
\nThis mural carries the same quietness. Pale trees rise against a dark green background, while delicate white blossoms, a small owl, and a solitary deer slowly emerge from the surface.
\nThe image feels almost suspended. Nothing dramatic, nothing overloaded. Just slender trunks, softened light, and small details waiting to be noticed. The forest appears less painted than gently placed onto the wall.
\nWhat remains striking is the restraint. The palette stays almost entirely within shades of green, white, and faded yellow, allowing texture and rhythm to take over. The composition breathes rather than performs.
\nHidden between espresso bars, traffic, and the constant movement of Milan, the mural creates an unexpected pause. A small fragment of stillness in a city rarely standing still itself.
\nOn textile, the vertical rhythm of the trees naturally elongated the silhouette, while the softer tonal transitions gave the print an almost faded luminosity.
