These general terms and conditions govern all use of margareta-puurs.be and in particular the product offers and sales on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time so we recommend that you read them carefully each time you visit us. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Each party shall have the right to cancel a sale in case of a material breach by the other party of these terms and conditions. This means for example that we can cancel a sale if you are not a consumer or if your payment is, or appears to be, fraudulent.\u00a0<\/p>

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
<\/b>Any cancellations<\/strong> of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order<\/strong> to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special\/custom orders. We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after items are received\/delivered.<\/strong>\u00a0
PLEASE NOTE:<\/b> Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@margareta-puurs.be.<\/strong> Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, unless he’s entitled to have free shipping. All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.\u00a0In case of a return, he will be credited in full minus the shipping cost. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. For returns that were purchased by gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be issued. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers\u2019 responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers\u2019 negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
